Art has been an important part of my life ever since I picked up my first pencil and drew on the wall.
I have gone from pencil to crayon, to acrylics, oils, and now watercolor. Then Lois Holthaus introduced me to Zentangle. I find it a welcome activity since I’m fidgety to begin with. So, I decided to to display a couple of my Zentangle colored drawings. I’ve had many watercolor teachers who have tried to help me with value over the years. Marty Spears suggested I take drawing classes from Kathy Gomric and what a new adventure, quite delightful and different from drawing on walls.
On display I have selected a range of my work. I love the variety of expression that art offers. I have fun doing it.
