Shifting Seasons Entry

GEAG presents “Shifting Seasons,” a month long exhibit at Pour@322 Coffeehouse for GEAG members

Please carefully read full prospectus HERE to insure your entry meets all size and framing requirements. Entries that do not meet requirements will not be accepted, and entry fees will not be refunded.

If you have any trouble with getting to cart for payment after submitting your entry form, go to geag.net/cart and you should be able to proceed with payment.

For each entry, please name each image on your device prior to uploading in the following format: LastName.Seasons.Image1.jpg or LastName.Seasons.Image2.jpg. If you need assistance renaming your image, please contact us before entry. Entry description is a brief 3-4 word description of medium and surface used, such as "Watercolor on paper" or "mixed media on canvas"
I agree to the following: I acknowledge that my property, including, without limitation, any art or other items on display (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Property”) may be damaged, lost or stolen during the exhibition of and/or during the unpacking, packing, or transportation of and I acknowledge and understand the risk involved by allowing such property to be displayed. . I understand that the GEAG (Gateway East Artist Guild) does not insure the Property and if I so choose I must acquire my own insurance. If I choose to do so, I agree to submit a copy of said insurance policy to the GEAG. . By signing this waiver, I hereby agree to waive any personal injury, property damage and/or property loss claim, now or in the future, that I may suffer as a result of any exhibition of my Property. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEAG, its Board, and any employees and/or designated representatives, from any personal injury, property damage and/or property loss claim, now or in the future, that I may suffer or cause as a result of the exhibition of my Property. . I hereby represent and warrant that I have read this Artist Loss/Damage Waiver in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I have signed the waiver voluntarily and of my own free will. I release and hold harmless the GEAG, its Board, employees and/or representatives from and against any and all claims of injury, loss or damage relating to the above provisions.
Please take note of framing requirements along with pick up and drop off dates. It is your responsibility to make arrangements if you cannot work with the allotted times. DO NOT contact Pour@322. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to display there, and they do not have the staffing to assist with drop off or pick up.
