Hi, My name is Barb Polahar, and I am happy to be a member of GEAG! I have been a photographer for 30 years. I fell into it by having to take a humanities course for my Associate degree and someone had given me a very old Nikon camera. I had a darkroom and primarily did black and white creative children's portraits until about 15 years ago, when I switched to digital. I let my professional photography go about 10 years ago, and now I do it as a hobby. I have recently become interested in bird photography, and I practice every weekend. I also love architecture and anything in nature. I don't have a photo website right now, but I post infrequently on my Instagram photo page: barbpphoto. Thanks for your interest!
